Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine tuna, Pepperazzi™, capers and parsley. Toss to mix thoroughly.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine vinegars, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whisk together until blended. Add olive oil in a steady stream, while whisking to incorporate.
  • Toss dressing with tuna mixture. Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
