Easy Baked Gnocchi with Marinara & Fresh Mozzarella

- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- Ready a 9" x 12" baking dish or 4-6 ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a saucepot on a medium-high setting, heat marinara. Once bubbling, stir in cherry tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes begin to burst, about 3 minutes. Stir in hot gnocchi to coat. Remove from heat.
- Transfer gnocchi and sauce to baking dish or divide between ramekins. Top with fresh mozzarella.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling.
- Serve topped with fresh torn basil.
