
Cheesy Roasted Pepper Bruschetta Dip
This cheesy bruschetta dip is super simple to whip up and perfect for game-day gatherings, holiday get-togethers and happy hour bites.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (7.05-ounce) jar DeLallo Roasted Pepper Bruschetta, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine bruschetta, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and mozzarella in a small oven-proof baking dish. Mix well.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and top with Parmigiano. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the top becomes golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Serve with toasts, cut vegetables or pita chips.
