Top Tips

To store, place in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 4 days.

We do not recommend freezing this recipe, as the cheese will not thaw to the proper consistency.

To reheat, place the baking dish in the microwave or in the oven at 350˚F for 10 minutes or more.

Serving Tips

The baking dish matters. Use a small baking dish so that the bruschetta doesn’t dry out.

Block vs. crumbled. It is important that you choose a block of feta cheese over crumbled feta. Crumbled feta will not withstand baking and dry up in the oven.

Serve it warm. Don’t wait until this tasty cheese appetizer cools down. Be sure you serve it quickly.

Substitutions And Additions

Spice things up. Sprinkle feta with red pepper flakes before baking.

Olives, olives, olives! If you love olives as much as we do, add some pitted black or green olives to the mix. We love it with Calamata Olives.

Change up the cheese. Try baking up goat cheese or Brie cheese with your roasted tomato bruschetta.

Take the scenic route. Instead of using tomato bruschetta, you can use cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs.

What To Serve With Baked Feta Dip

Baked Feta Dip should be served with a crispy starch for scooping it all up. We suggest pita chips, bagel chips or crostini toasts. You can also you use classic pita bread. Try flat pretzel chips or crackers. This tomato-y feta dip is also great alongside fresh cut veggies like cucumber, bell peppers and carrots. We love it as part of a larger Greek mezze spread.
